Dr. Kwapy is a faculty member for the College of Doctoral Studies. She has a passion for research in the area of students with disabilities in higher education and is currently publishing a textbook chapter in Enriching Collaboration and Communication in Online Learning. Dr. Kwapy holds a PhD in Elementary and Secondary Educational Administration from Capella University.
