Biography
Robert Loy has a substantial background in technology and education. With a B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, an M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and completing a D.B.A. in Data Analytics from Grand Canyon University in 2024. He is experienced across many areas ranging from development to leadership, and specializes in project and vendor management, software development lifecycle, and change management. As a director and educator, he has creating technology programs and curriculum, emphasizing collaborative project delivery and strategic planning.
