My wife Larissa and I have been married since 1997, and we have four children. My family and I relocated to the valley from Virginia in the summer of 2018. I have been teaching since 2008. I have experience teaching philosophy and theology at a large private university, a community college, and a large public university. I earned my Ph.D. and M.Div. degrees from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary; and my undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering, from Virginia Tech.
