    • Analyze alternative means and methods to solve a challenge and/or problem to address a design challenges.
    • Evaluate construction, fixtures, and equipment installation requirements, ensuring that plants and utilities comply with building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
    • Assess the lifespan of equipment, troubleshoot systems, and increase productivity using mechanical engineering skills; demonstrating an understanding of machinery and equipment to effectively maintain and replace them as needed.
