Carey Averill
Adjunct Faculty
Biography
As a higher education faculty member and former school administrator, I bring extensive experience across K–12, higher education, in both public and private settings. My career has been defined by a commitment to student-centered learning and skilled leadership that empowers both students and educators to thrive. With graduate students, I extend this philosophy into the digital classroom, delivering dynamic online instruction and meaningful, faith-rooted feedback. Guided by an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, I take a strategic, mission-driven approach to school administration and instructional design. By emphasizing problem-based learning and building collaborative partnerships, I have cultivated environments where teachers and students flourish. My work reflects a deep dedication to interdisciplinary education and to preparing learners for the challenges of an increasingly complex world.
