Dr. Dana Boyd, Ph.D. is an accomplished organizational consultant with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations toward greater effectiveness, resilience, and growth. For the past 18 years, she has also served as an online instructor, bringing expertise, innovation, and empathy into the virtual classroom. She is the author of Online Instructing, a practical resource that equips educators with strategies for effective digital teaching and learner engagement. Beyond teaching, Dr. Boyd is a dedicated student mentor, dissertation coach, and dissertation chair, supporting graduate students in navigating the challenges of advanced research and academic writing. Her mentorship style emphasizes both intellectual rigor and personal encouragement, enabling students to succeed academically while growing as professionals. In addition to her academic and consulting roles, Dr. Boyd brings creativity and balance into her life as a practicing artist and avid nature enthusiast.
