Research Interests
  • Creating a Collaborative Culture to Improve College and Career Readiness: A Qualitative Descriptive Study. The purpose of this qualitative descriptive study was to explore how retired, and current high school principals and teachers in Arizona described how principals created a collaborative culture to improve the college and career readiness of career and technical education (CTE) students.
