Research Interests
  • My research interest has focused primarily on helping to close the reading gap between students who have IEPs and their full time general education peers. Additionally, I am in discussions with my colleague and co-author (see publications) regarding the impact that our Learning Cafe program has had on the students in our district, and hoping other districts may model this approach. It seems especially effective for our middle school populations.
