Jennifer Austin
Adjunct Faculty
Biography
I have been a dedicated educator for 22 years. I worked for 19 years as an English Language Arts teacher and taught various grade levels. In 2022, I earned my doctorate degree in curriculum and instruction with a literacy focus from Kent State University. My dissertation explored English Language Arts pedagogical content knowledge and teacher dispositions. I am currently an adjunct professor for Grand Canyon University and I also work in the curriculum office at a public school. I believe education is extremely important and I work hard to help students reach their academic goals.
