Dr. Joe Aguillard has been highly blessed by God with many experiences in his forty-seven years of service in education, including high school teacher and coach, assistant principal, guidance counselor, instructional supervisor, human resources director, assistant superintendent, superintendent of thirteen schools, university division chair, tenured professor, university president, university president emeritus and bi-vocational Southern Baptist pastor. Dr. Aguillard has been teaching in the COE of Grand Canyon University since January, 2018.
