GCU offers a wide selection of eateries in four locations on campus: the Student Union, Thunder Alley, Lopes Way and the GCU Arena. Students enjoy a different variety of food options from all over the country that are guaranteed to satisfy any craving. Eateries include Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Panda Express, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt and much more!
GCU offers a variety of meal plans for students. For the 2017-18 academic year, meal plans come in the form of Canyon Dining Dollars, which can be spent in any on-campus eatery. Each plan distributes a certain amount of Dining Dollars per semester.

GCU provides healthy food options in in their campus eateries, as well as alternative options for students with food allergies and limitations. One such option is Simple Servings, a new dining option that provides safe food choices for students with food allergies, gluten intolerance and more. They offer a variety of foods that are made without ingredients responsible for food-allergy reactions, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and gluten.
