This program helps learners deliver transformative leadership by blending theory and experience in organizations including for profits, non-profits, ministries, corporations and schools. This PhD program, like the EdD program, also contains a number of emphases. These emphases include Cognition and Instruction, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Integrating Technology, Learning and Psychology and Performance Psychology.
