Chapel Rewind: Albert Tate

Albert Tate joined Posted on January 14, 2015  in  [ Spiritual Life ]

Sin will take you farther than you want to go. The Southern California pastor joined Grand Canyon University students and staff Monday morning for Chapel talking about a familiar passage with a convicting message.

Albert spoke with passion and fervor about how sin will grab a hold of our lives and drag us into it, a slow fade. However, there is a great gift that is Jesus Christ who came to earth to show us what love is and reveal that only through believing in Him, not just with our heads but also with our actions, that we are able to receive eternal life and so much more.

The fleeting pleasure of sin is something that will fade, and it will always lead to our destruction. But the freedom that is found within the message of John 3:16 is something that will bring us eternal life.
