Chapel Rewind: Kent DelHousaye

Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Pastor Kent DelHousaye spoke of the race that we run. Finding motivation for our end goal is what will get us to finish the race. With our motivation driving us to pursue righteousness, we find the strength we need to push past impure desires.
Pastor Kent gave us three motivations that we should have in mind as we pursue righteousness:
- Love: Love for Jesus and what he did for us!
- Fear: Awesome respect for God
- The Prizes: Rewards in Heaven for those who run the race well
