In GCU’s program, you will have the opportunity to learn about key functional areas such as management, accounting, finance, marketing and operations. Additionally, you will also receive a broad-based curriculum that features courses specific to hospitality management, including hotel and restaurant management, event planning, revenue generation, facilities management and human resources in the hospitality industry. In your courses, you will explore topics such as financial accounting, ethical and legal issues in business, hotel lodging and management and food and beverage service and operations.
